# PUP常见问题

1. **“Remote Key Status Manager initialization failed!"** 这个报错是因为主机系统导致的： 解决方案：打开“我的电脑”— 在地址搜索“ %appdata%\Pupapex ”把symbols那个目录整个删了

2. “Offeets update failed，please check the network！（1）” 这个错报是因为副机网络问题导致： 解决方案下载VPN：注册送500MB流量，美节点可用于pup登录更新 <http://4186c6a5.weaksharedptr.com/register?share_id=4186c6a5-d81a-447d-9b42-7fe0a0c972ad> （注意要点：左下角有个全局代理一定要打开，挂美国节点）

3. 同上——除此之外还有类似网络问题都由网络问题导致

4. DMA主板无法测速 该问题请联系板子卖家或者代理（基本上副机重启都能解决问题）

5. 固件仿真报错： 游戏机对你的DMA发起了TLP请求，你的固件无法正确处理这个TLP请求，返回异常，反作弊导致的无关紧要。

6. 5E解密慢的问题： **只会存在解密慢不会存在不解密，**&#x5982;果特别慢，恕我直言垃圾固件，不要拿着你固件的价格来怀疑我的回答，因为价格不等于好固件。
7. 关于VC++报错

（修复后还是报错，大概率是你的副机电脑配置不行，一般情况为“炼狱小镇”出现此情况，因为炼狱小镇的VPK文件太大，副机配置不够无法运行或者运行过程中损坏。 处理办法为：打开VPK文件，把“de-inferno”删除即可）

8. faceit为什么没自瞄？\
   答：faceit屏蔽第二个鼠标 鼠标插盒子上！

9.为什么按键显示F22？ 答：仅重启副机，主机不重启。如果还是不行下载火绒。

10.为什么软件闪退？ 答：一般情况为环境没有打好，如果你环境打好了，就是没效果，下载火绒。

11.为什么板子可以测速，但是无法还是出现DMA报错？ 答：因为你固件的配置空间不行，在使用PUP时会出现不好的体验，所以PUP不仅有着很好的体验，还可以帮你检验固件。（如果换了固件记得回来试试PUP，如果不愿意其实别的项目是支持这种情况使用，只不过我们内部决定后续拉闸客户会难免怪PUP，索性帮助客户检测固件）
